Additional Info:

BOOKING

  • A 50% deposit is requested for consultations booked after 7 days of the original booking date. This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.  

  • The full fee is requested if you cancel hourly follow up sessions giving less than 48 hours notice.

  • If your dog is insured and behavioural therapy is covered in your policy, it maybe possible to make a claim. Most claims are honoured with an accompanying letter of referral from your Vet, before a consultation occurs. 

EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY

  • No shock collars, prong collars or choke/check chains will be used or tolerated.

  • I offer a full range of equipment to try during the session if necessary.

  • The use of Baskerville Ultra Muzzles or similar will be encouraged if necessary, after suitable positive association has been followed.  

  • Helen Goodall or the business 'Dog's Behaving Badly!' will not be held responsible for the behaviour of your dog.  

  • For outdoor lessons, bring water for your dog and have plenty of tasty treats, as advised.

  • For the health of your dog, do not feed less than 3 hours before an outdoor lesson.

  • Bring poo bags and dispose of appropriately. 

  • During outdoor sessions it is advisable to wear walking shoes or wellies and waterproofs, depending on weather conditions.

  • Helen Goodall or the business 'Dog's Behaving Badly!' will not be held responsible for your safety or any injury.

WEATHER

  • Do not leave your dog unattended in your car, whatever the weather.  

  • Outdoor lessons are rarely cancelled, unless the weather is obviously unsuitable for the lesson to continue and you will be offered the next available appointment.
